Return Policy

Don't love your GoBros purchase? We want you to be happy. GoBros will accept returns and exchanges for items returned in their original condition up to 60 days after you place your order. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that are missing the original packaging are not accepted for return and will be returned to you at your cost. If you have any concerns about the fit or style, please feel free to try them on after removing them from their packaging and before washing or wearing them.

Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

Mail Returns only

Start your return or exchange online below. Package up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-7 days for your refund to be initiated
